The law firm of Kirby & Kirby, LLP was established in 1978 by Michael L. Kirby. We have been serving the San Diego community for over 40 years from our offices in Rancho Bernardo.

Our practice emphasizes estate planning, probate and trust administration, business and real estate law, and civil litigation. The firm consists of four attorneys, Michael L. Kirby, Steven C. Kirby, Kristin F. Godeke, and John T. Brooks.
